Previously, he was medical director for mental health and clinical research at Miami Jewish. A graduate of Harvard and Yale Medical School, Agronin also is an affiliate associate professor of psychiatry and neurology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
Theresa A. Mouton has been named enterprise chief financial officer of Florida Medical Center and North Shore Medical Center. Before joining Tenet Healthcare, she was CFO at Wuesthoff Health System in Rockledge, Florida. Mouton has an MBA from Webster University in Missouri and a BBA from Southeast Missouri State University.

▪ Executive chef Thomas Connell has been promoted to vice president of operations, culinary. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York and the Institute of Culinary Arts in Palm Springs.
▪ Ryan Wilson has been promoted to executive chef. He was executive sous chef of the hotel. Wilson is also a graduate of the CIA in New York.

Mover’s spotlight
Name: Shani Atapattu
New position: Vice president of Shani Atapattu. Her responsibilities include overseeing production, assuring quality customer service, reaching company benchmarks, monitoring the progress of employees and managing ShipOCI’s Miami office.
Previously: She was director of systems and pricing.
Also: Atapattu participates in community events as a member of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce. She also helped ShipOCI create an herbal tea company brand, ElephanTea. The tea is sourced from Sri Lanka in Southeast Asia and a portion of the proceeds goes to support an elephant orphanage there that protects and cares for orphaned elephants. From Sri Lankan descent, Shani has always had an appreciation for elephants and found a way to connect that love with a business that she is passionate about.
Education: She has a bachelor of international finance and marketing from the University of Miami and also a master’s of arts in international administration with a focus on finance and operations.
Best advice she ever received: The best advice I’ve received is to always be on a quest to continue learning. Never be afraid to learn, unlearn or relearn something, because that is what keeps you growing and looking toward the future.
